Withdrawal declaration

Use this form to make an unambiguous declaration of withdrawal from the contract linked to a booking.

If the contract was concluded no more than 14 days ago and the rental has not started, the system cancels the booking automatically without a cancellation fee.

Otherwise the submission time is recorded and the declaration is sent for manual review. Submission alone does not confirm eligibility or the refund amount.

A receipt is sent to the email used for the booking.
