An LED face mask with 150 diodes using red (630 nm) and near-infrared (850 nm) wavelengths. Designed for cosmetic skincare in 10–20 minute sessions. Eye protection, instructions, a charger and a hygienic liner are included. Hygiene and responsibility

A device must have a staff-recorded hygiene check before it can be rented. Handover instructions are issued after the required confirmations, and the customer must return it on time and in the same condition.

How do I collect the device?+

The confirmed booking shows the exact handover method, place and time. When required, staff inspect the original ID at handover.

What if the device does not work?+

Can I cancel the rental?+

Before the rental starts, the statutory withdrawal right may be used free of charge within 14 days of booking. Outside that period, cancelling a confirmed booking less than 24 hours before the start may incur 50% of the rental fee.
